Skateboards, scooters, BMX bikes, live music and family fun will take over Poulton Park this summer as the popular BOA Skate Jam returns to Bradford on Avon on Saturday 18 July.
Running from 12 noon to 4pm, the free community event welcomes riders of all ages and abilities for an afternoon packed with competitions, demonstrations, coaching sessions and entertainment.

The day begins with a dedicated session for younger riders aged five to 10 from 12 noon to 1pm, offering free skateboard and scooter workshops, tuition and equipment hire. The main Skate Jam then gets underway from 1pm to 4pm, with competitions, live music, demonstrations and plenty of action for spectators to enjoy.
Whether you’re an experienced skateboarder, a scooter rider looking to learn new tricks or simply want to soak up the atmosphere, organisers say everyone is welcome at the relaxed, family-friendly event.

Alongside the skating, visitors can enjoy games, prizes, a fingerboard ramp table and the chance to watch talented riders in action throughout the afternoon.
Children aged under 10 are asked to register in advance for the introductory session, while anyone aged 10 and over can simply turn up and take part.
The event is being organised with the support of ATBShop, alongside sponsors and supporters including Enuff Skateboards, Tech Deck, Route One, Mighty Girls, BOA Youth, Blunt Scooters, REKD and BagKraft.
BOA Skate Jam takes place at Poulton Park, Bradford on Avon, BA15 1EA, and is free to attend for participants and spectators.
