Half term is just around the corner and Bath’s Little Theatre Cinema has a packed programme designed especially for parents, babies, toddlers and young children. From gentle screenings for new mums and dads to lively Kids Club favourites, February brings plenty of reasons to head to the cinema as a family.
Watch with Baby – Wednesdays at 10.45am
Every Wednesday morning, Watch with Baby offers new parents the chance to enjoy the latest films in a relaxed setting. These screenings are exclusively for babies under one year old and their carers.
The lights are left on low, access to changing facilities is easy and the atmosphere is designed to be calm and welcoming. It is a chance to get out of the house, meet other parents and enjoy a film without worrying about disturbing anyone.
Toddler Time – Tuesdays at 11am

On Tuesdays, Toddler Time brings short films and familiar characters to the big screen. Children can enjoy favourites including Pip & Posy, Tabby McTat and Tiddler.
During the school break, families can also see The Scarecrow’s Wedding, a charming story from the makers of The Gruffalo about two scarecrows planning their big day. The film features voices from Jessie Buckley, Domhnall Gleeson and Rob Brydon and celebrates love, friendship and time spent together.
Kids Club – Saturdays at 10.15am

Saturdays are reserved for Kids Club, with a lively February line-up featuring Sing, Sing 2 and Kung Fu Panda 1 & 2. These screenings are just for children and their accompanying adults, creating a relaxed and welcoming atmosphere.
Over half term, young viewers can also enjoy the big-screen adventure of Gabby’s Dollhouse, as Gabby and her cats head out on the road in a feature-length story set in Cat Francisco.
Valentine’s treat for parents

For parents planning a grown-up cinema trip, February also brings a special Valentine’s treat. A new adaptation of Wuthering Heights, directed by Emerald Fennell and starring Margot Robbie and Jacob Elordi, is released on 13 February.
A special screening on Friday 13 February at 7.30pm includes a glass of wine and popcorn, plus a short reading from the novel before the film.
With dedicated screenings for babies, toddlers, children and adults, the Little Theatre Cinema is offering something for every family this February.
