Families looking for action-packed childcare this February Half Term are in luck, with Active Camps returning to St Margaret’s Prep in Calne for a full week of fun-filled activities.
Running from Monday 16 to Friday 20 February, the Ofsted-registered holiday camp welcomes children aged 5–12 (Years 1–7) for busy days filled with games, crafts, and outdoor adventure.
With full-day care from 8.15am to 6pm for just £43 per day, plus childcare voucher acceptance, the camp offers a flexible and affordable option for working parents who need wraparound cover throughout the school break.
Set within St Margaret’s stunning 27-acre site, children will make the most of outstanding sports facilities, indoor learning spaces and plenty of room to explore. Each day offers a new mix of activities, including team games, swimming, multi-sports, arts and crafts, and special ‘WOW’ sessions designed to spark curiosity and build confidence.
Jack Mort, Operations Manager at Active Camps, said, “Our February Half Term camps are all about fun, confidence and giving children the chance to be active, creative and make new friends in a safe, supportive environment. St Margaret’s is a fantastic setting, and we’re excited to welcome both familiar faces and children joining us for the first time.”
Active Camps runs in partnership with St Margaret’s Calne and St Mary’s Calne Sports Club, welcoming pupils from St Margaret’s as well as children from other local schools.
