A free family law clinic organised by Goughs Solicitors is set to take place in Bath on 11 December, offering vital guidance to local families at what can be a difficult and emotional time of year. The session will be led by Ross Phillips, one of the firm’s family-law specialists.
Ross explained, “We are delighted to offer this service to our community before Christmas. Many people face difficult family-law questions during the holiday and we want to ensure they have access to professional advice when they need it most.”
The clinic will cover a wide range of family-law matters: child arrangements over Christmas (helping separated parents put clear plans in place), separation and divorce advice, guidance on cohabitation (ToLATA) issues for couples living together, and prenuptial agreements for those recently engaged or planning proposals over the holidays.
The event will take place at Hotel Indigo Bath (2–8 South Parade, Bath BA2 4AB) — a convenient short walk from Bath Spa train station and local bus services.
