The Ben Saunders Foundation is inviting local families to support its 2025 Christmas Raffle, raising funds to provide free, restorative holidays for young people with cancer and their families.
Founded in memory of Ben Saunders, who died in 2020 aged just 18 after battling a rare sarcoma attached to his heart, the charity offers much-needed breaks in its Cotswolds holiday lodges. Ben’s wish was for other young people facing cancer to enjoy moments of joy, calm and escape with the people they love.
Since launching, the Foundation has raised more than £950,000 and provided holidays for over 460 families from across the UK. Each stay offers respite at the most difficult of times.
The Christmas Raffle will take place on Friday 19 December. Tickets cost £5 each or three for £10, and the raffle is already receiving incredible support from businesses across Bath, Bristol and the Cotswolds.
