A rainbow over Prior Park College set a fittingly positive tone for A-Level Results Day this year, heralding a day of celebration for students, staff, and families.
The College is delighted to announce another year of excellent results:
-
Over 15% of all entries were awarded the top A* grade.
-
36% of entries achieved A/A*.
-
85% of grades were A–C*.
Standout subject successes included:
-
Mathematics, with 46% of grades at A*/A.
-
History, Chemistry, and Theology, each with 40% at A*/A.
-
Art, where an outstanding 63% of students achieved an A* or A.
Headteachers and staff praised students not only for their academic achievements but also for their resilience and determination.
“Whilst we are, of course, delighted for our many A* students, we are equally thrilled for those who have exceeded their own predictions, whatever the grade,” a spokesperson said. “Every result tells a story of the hard work, commitment, and dedication of our students and teachers.”
Prior Park College congratulates all its students and wishes them every success as they move on to the next stage of their journeys.
