Wiltshire and Bath Air Ambulance Charity is thrilled to announce the return of Summer At The Base, a fun-filled family day at its airbase in Semington, near Trowbridge, taking place on Saturday 16 August from 12noon to 4pm.
This year the Charity is celebrating its 35th year of operation. The Summer At The Base event offers exciting activities for all ages and takes place on the front lawn of the airbase, with a prime view of the helipad and helicopter (subject to operations).
Visitors of all ages can also look forward to appearances from the cuddly mascots, paramedic bear Wilber and pilot bear Marsha, CPR demonstrations, games and plenty of food and refreshment stalls available.
There will also be a fantastic selection of local traders to browse, offering everything from handcrafted jewellery to gifts and sustainable stationery, as well as a fully licensed bar, baked treats and pet supplies.
Entry to the event costs £5 per adult, and children under 12 enter for £1.
