Described by Chief Scout, Bear Grylls, as ‘Incredible’, Scouts! The Musical is a fun new show for audiences aged 6 years and over.
Presented by Gigglemug Theatre, this heart-warming musical has everything from hypnotic tango dance breaks to campfire rock ballads. The production tours to venues across the UK in Birmingham, Manchester and London before appearing at Bath’s Egg Theatre from Thursday 26 to Sunday 29 June.
Scouts from around the world have gathered to compete in the annual Scouts Games, but when someone threatens to sabotage the competition, it is up to Joe and Eliza to put aside their rivalries and use their newfound skills to save the day.
Created in partnership with the Scouts, Scouts! The Musical premiered at The Other Palace in 2023, where the show was nominated for both Best Off-West End Production at The WhatsOnStage Awards and Best Performance Ensemble at The Offies.
The production has received much acclaim including being selected for BEAM2021, the UK’s leading industry showcase of new musical theatre, also making it into First Night Magazine’s list of 50 Best Shows of 2023 and was included in Theatre & Tonic’s list of Top Shows of 2023.
Scouts! The Musical appears at The Egg Theatre from 26-29 June. Tickets are on sale at The Egg on 01225 823 409 and at www.theatreroyal.org.uk/events/scouts-the-musical/
