St Mark’s School in Bath is delighted to have come second in the progress tables for secondary schools in BANES for Summer 2024 GCSE results.
“This measure, based on the amount of progress our students make from Year 6 to Year 11, is an excellent achievement and a real testament to the hard work that students and staff put in over the academic year 2023-24,” said Clare England, Headteacher.
“These results are a real inspiration to our current students and show them that with a bit of hard work and a lot of aspiration, they can be empowered to achieve their best.
“I am so lucky to have taken on a school that has such a strong foundation upon which to build. Our recent Celebration Evening was the perfect opportunity to acknowledge the great success of our students in the Summer and we look forward to seeing this continue. St Mark’s is a wonderfully supportive school that gives our students the opportunity to flourish and build successful futures.”
