EHCP Tribunal Workshop

An introduction for parents who want to successfully challenge local education authority decisions at tribunal eg. refusal to assess, to issue a plan or disagreement about the contents of an EHCP and placement so that parents can have a clearer outline of their legal rights, how to navigate the paperwork and what to expect on the day, as well as understanding the mindset and nurturing tools needed.
